Demonstration notice
How this demonstration works
demo.webbyreach.com is an interactive product demonstration of the WebbyReach Chatbot, a customized website assistant that WebbyReach sets up and maintains for each client business.
The businesses are fictional
Summit Motors, ClearFlow Plumbing and BrightLine Electric do not exist. Their names, vehicles, offers, prices, staff, phone numbers, addresses, hours and service areas were created to show how the assistant adapts to different industries. Vehicle offers are labeled DEMO DATA and are not real offers. Phone numbers use the reserved “555” range and are not dialable.
What happens to information you type
- Demonstration forms work like a real installation: the information is checked for completeness and shown back to you with a confirmation.
- After that check, the details are discarded. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and other answers are not stored, logged or emailed, and no business is contacted.
- To show duplicate protection, a scrambled one-way fingerprint of a request (which cannot be turned back into your details) is kept for about ten minutes, then deleted.
- We keep only aggregate counts — for example, how many times the plumbing estimate form was tried on a given day.
- You never need to enter real information. Every demo form has a sample details option that fills in fictional values.
- Only your language choice (and whether you dismissed the chat greeting) is remembered in your own browser. The conversation itself exists only on the open page and disappears when you leave it. There are no advertising or analytics trackers, and no cookies are set for visitors (the private administrator area uses a session cookie for signed-in staff only).
A rules-based assistant — not generative AI
The WebbyReach Chatbot answers from structured information that each business approves: its services, frequently asked questions, hours, service areas and conversation menus. It recognizes common words and phrases in English and Spanish and guides visitors with buttons and simple forms. It does not use generative artificial intelligence, so it does not invent prices, availability or promises.
Requests are requests
In a live installation, appointment, test-drive, estimate and callback forms send a request to the business, which then follows up to confirm. The assistant never presents a request as a confirmed appointment unless it is connected to a verified scheduling system.
